Our aim is to make your time at the exhibition as effective as possible.
This is why we have developed the Buyers Programme for you for the first time.
The programme will allow us to organise the most important and desirable meeting for you with the potential Buyers of your products during the  WorldFood Ukraine2016 from 26 to 28 October.

From our side:

• We will provide you with a list of registered buyers that are planning to visit the forthcoming exhibition
• We will agree on a list of companies with you that are the primary target audience for your product
• We will arrange meetings with buyers and arrange business negotiations for you on the territory of the exhibition centre over the course of the exhibition
• We will make sure that your client will go to you first when they arrive at the exhibition - a WorldFood Ukraine representative will meet them and take them to your stand.

It is easy to take part in the Buyers Programme.

To do this, it is necessary to:
1. Select the companies that you wish to negotiate with from a list (you will receive a list of buyers by e-mail 14 days before the opening of the exhibition);
2. Fill in an application for meetings with buyers.
3. E-mail the application to Victoria Kovalenko at v.kovalenko@pe.com.ua;
4. Receive a confirmed meetings timetable by e-mail.
