The Buyers Programme at WorldFood Ukraine is a special service for professional buyers of food and drink products from all regions of Ukraine. 

The programme facilitates interaction between invited buyers of food and drink products and exhibitors. Both sides have the opportunity to arrange business meetings in advance which will take place over the 3 days of the exhibition. 
Participants in the Buyers Programme (Buyers) are representatives of the food and drink product market that are involved in the purchase of such products in the regions of Ukraine and abroad. Purchasing managers and senior managers can take part in the programme if they represent:

• regional wholesalers
• the restaurant business
• food product retailers

PARTICIPANTS IN THE BUYERS PROGRAMME RECEIVE MANY ADVANTAGES:

• They will receive a detailed list of participating exhibitors 2 weeks before the opening of the exhibition.This will allow them to prepare for their visit in advance and determine the companies that they are interested in meeting.
• The opportunity to compile a convenient timetable of business meetings at the exhibition in advance.
• Simplified registration at the exhibition without queues.
• A Buyer’s Badge which allows visits to the exhibition every day that it is open.
• The opporunities to use services provided in the special lounge zone which is only for Buyers Programme participants and which is dedicated to holding negotitations with the exhibitors.

• Concessionary conditions for visiting conferences and seminars at the exhibition.

The Buyer's programme is not a commercial project and does not require any spending by the participants. Participation in the Buyers Programme is completely free of charge.

Registration for the Buyers Programme ends 14 days before the opening of the exhibition.

The organiser retains the right to refuse this service to persons whose area of activity does not meet the conditions of the Buyers Programme which are stated on the official website.
